Customer Portal Guide

In keeping with the standards of quality you have come to know from Direct Components, we are pleased to showcase an instructional guide to accessing the Customer Portal.

If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Customer Portal Registration and Sign-In Screen

Accessing the Customer Portal

To access the portal, either click the “Customer Login” button on directics.com, or query to customers.directics.com directly.

From the Customer Portal Home screen, you are able to sign in, reset your password, and request access to the Portal if you did not receive an email with a temporary password.

After you sign in, you can track your orders from start to finish, view all open and paid invoices, make payments, and more!

Request Login Access Instructions

If you are visiting for the first time, you will need to request for an account. If you are a returning user, use your login credentials to sign into the application.

To begin the login process, start by clicking on the “Request Login Access” link at the bottom of the login prompt.

Fill out the form fully and click “Request Access”.

This will send your request to our customer service team, who will review and allow access if you are an authorized user. Be on the lookout for an email with further instructions. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive the email.

Note: If you already have an account, you will receive an email shortly after sending the request and your information will not be forwarded to customer service.

Forgot Password Instructions

If you already have registered and have an active account through the Customer Portal, select the “Forgot Password” link underneath the login prompt.

Enter the email that is associated with your account, and await an automatic email return with instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive an automated email within the hour, please reach out to your Direct Components sales representative or contact the Direct Components customer service department for further help at: cs@directics.com
