Our state-of-the-art counterfeit mitigation lab is ISO9001 & AS9120 certified and 1,000 sq. ft. with in-house lab capabilities for processes including visual inspection, electrical testing / pin correlation, X-Ray analysis, RTS (resistance to solvents), and decapsulation, that ensure products sold are of highest quality.
We maintain a 2,000-square-foot warehouse to ensure access to millions of obsolete, allocated, and hard-to-find electronic parts.

Andy is a spirited, focused sales leader driven for success. He brings nearly two decades of sales experience in the semiconductor and electronic component supply chain industry. With a true servant leader attitude, Andy motivates large teams to become strategic partners, solving complex problems for our customers. Andy’s positivity, energy, and collaborative skills are what set him apart, having built strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and clients alike. Prior to joining Direct Components, Andy served as a sales leader with Arrow Electronics. He earned his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
As the Director of Customer Service Traci is charged with aligning organizational objectives with our company mission to increase revenue, profit, and business growth by collaboratively developing integrated strategies
Prior to joining Direct Components in January, Traci served in various roles such Director of Global Customer Success, Operations Manager, and Credit Manager all which have attributed to her development in problem resolution, policy deployment, and team building.
She is a decisive leader experienced in impacting business direction and performance with tactical decision making and forward-thinking approaches. Traci has a proven history of improving operations and boosting financial health through strong leadership. Known for reading between the lines, Traci uses instinct to provoke change and promote diversity of thought.She is a mother of three who enjoys traveling, spending time with family and reggae music.
Director of HR, People and Culture
Tom is a unique and award-winning HR professional whose background features stints as an HR leader, entrepreneur, educator, college basketball coach, and consultant for companies like Nike and Publix. As a performance and training expert, Tom has spent his career transforming teams to achieve their goals. He earned a master’s degree in human resources management and has been a featured keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and executive coach for clients across the country.
Mena is the Information Technology (IT) Manager. He constantly seeks out innovative solutions to everyday problems. In his nine years in IT, he has honed his analytical thinking and collaboration skills. Previously, Mena served Direct Components as a software engineer before he was promoted to his current role. During his tenure at DCI, Mena has solidified his standing as the Zoho customer relationship manager (CRM) program expert in the company. His commitment to developing and enhancing his skills on that platform has led him to see outstanding results. He understands that a major part of his role at Direct Components, Inc. focuses on leading the company to greater success.
When he is not at DCI, Mena is an avid pianist, single engine aircraft pilot, and fishing enthusiast. He loves spending time with his daughter, Maria, and wife, Marina.
Purchasing Manager
Carlos is currently serving as the Interim Purchasing Manager. Carlos immigrated to the United States from Cuba in 2006 and joined the Marine Corps upon graduating high school. After completing two successful tours, Carlos and his family moved to Tampa in hopes of finding success in the civilian job sector and planting roots. In 2022, Carlos was hired on to the Direct Components purchasing team as a purchasing specialist. Carlos quickly proved himself within the company. Between Carlos’ 8 years of experience, quick learning capabilities and his ability to take on multiple complex tasks at once, he was promoted to Interim Purchasing Manager. Carlos is on track to complete his BS in Business Administration: Computer Systems Management by June 2023, and plans to continue his education via either logistics and procurement certifications or achieving his MA. When not at work, you can find Carlos fishing or spending time with his two, beautiful, young daughters and wife.
