Transforming Your Inventory Into Working
Capital With Our Excess Programs

Direct Buy

A direct buy model for excess inventory involves DCI purchasing surplus stock directly from you, allowing your business to generate revenue for your high-quality components without the need of working with multiple third-party intermediaries, thereby opening up channels for working capital on “dead” assets and streamlining the procurement process.

Brokered Inventory

This excess inventory program involves marketing your surplus stock with DCI while it still resides at your site. DCI pays you for the goods once they are sold, minimizing upfront costs and reducing your inventory risk, while maximizing sales opportunities.

On-Site Consignment

A third-party site consignment for excess inventory involves placing your surplus stock in DCI’s warehouse, where the goods are listed for sale and only paid for once sold, allowing you to reach a broader audience without handling the sales, quality, and shipping process directly.
